Feb 7 Proposal: We offer customer rear access, with front servicing module for easy maintenance, single side with circle shape. . Meanwhile, we offer customer different options: pitch 6, 8,10, 1 in 1 SMD lamp and 3 in 1 SMD lamp, with or without power supply with approval. But have new request for adding 100mm high cabinet for air vent in the bottom. Please see the below revised drawing:
Feb12 The customer told us they need 3G communication. Our video display need to connect with computer all the times. How to realize 3G communication? We sourced SBC support 3G and WiFi function and install in the LED display.
 Feb19 The customer finally placed the order and everything went smoothly…

Feb28 We got a request from the same customer. ‘We are trying to split the screen to 2 parts. The dimension we are giving is approximate but will need your engineer to advice. 1st section 1920H x 1080W (probably this will take up 2 modules), 2nd section 1920H x 9160W. Total is still the same size as 1920H x 10240W. 1st section to be controlled by our own PC, with basic request SHIFT and SHRINK function. 2nd section to be controlled by the SBC provided. Can this be done? ‘ Solution: WWe offer customer TV one for SHIFT and SHRINK function. Even we send our TV One in the warehouse for customer’s testing. Due to high tax cost, we suggest customer buy the TV once directly. Everything is solved finally. March 14 The customer visited us for final quality inspection. Due to tight production schedule, the customer’s worried about the project all the time. After see the final product, he was so happy. Please see the below pictures of the product for 72 hours aging test in the factory.
  The order was shipped to Singapore on March 14 as schedule. Current--- The product has been installed in the Shopping Mall and works well.
